The program was started in San Francisco then in gymnasium place soon open at the University of Stanford. The crowd was engaged and the  Fitness Gift was born. More than 10,000 fields have been installed across the country  .  In 2010 , the founder of the country, Mitch Menaged , hired a world-class team to redesign the Court Fitness and national fitness campaign . The goal was to redefine fitness and make national fitness in the 21st century and bring communities , neighbors, family and friends together to build new lifestyle and habits, regain control of the high cost of health care and reduce diseases caused by the obesity.   National Fitness Court The 34.5 ' x32 ' is a circuit fitness station in September of body weight and health training system , which is the center of NFC capability fitness program. Designed to be easy to learn , the court has hundreds of routines to support the training of fitness for a variety of age groups and levels of intensity . Beginners will also feel comfortable in national fitness that serious athletes when they experience the flexibility and power of the system.  The national fitness court shall charge and the muscle strength training , cardio and flexibility , balance , agility and skill.
