  1. The training style would be pretty much the same, probably with a bit more focus on cardiovascular training to keep the bodyfat levels low at all times. The main difference would be the volume and resistance, since a model would not want to get as big as a bodybuilder. He would just need to work on maintaining a great level of muscle tone along with low percentages of body fat.
